AVIN Technologies,LLC is a Florida Corporation formed in 2007 by its Chief Executive Officer Mr. Paul Rosbury.  AVIN is headquartered in Melbourne, FL.

AVIN was formed to provide conventional and specialized video products primarily for the security of small stores, industrial complexes and selected government applications. 

These products are supplemented by the AVIN developed "AVIN Smart System."  This system is capable of supporting multiple, integrated IP based video and transmission products allowing users complete and total access & monitoring of their complex using any Web capable device.  The system is impervious to bandwidth constraints that impact most known streaming video applications thus making it unique in the industry.

Mr. Paul Rosbury  

Mr. Rosbury's technology background includes process engineering for the semiconductor industry; computer technology, manufacture and installation of mechanical, electro mechanical, pneumatic and electronic control systems for the petroleum industry; built a technology support business in the music industry; and developed and managed five service centers where he assisted employees to start their own business.      Paul Rosbury is co-founder and CEO of Genesis Resource Group, LLC (GRG), a small business Entrepreneurial Mentoring and Incubator Company.     GRG provides training and personal guidance to start up and rapid growth companies that need to prepare for investor capital injection.       In addition, Mr. Rosbury is CEO of Life Centers of America (LCA), a non-profit life changing, case management company.    He developed the CLIMB program for transitioning clients from welfare-to-work. Using this CLIMB program, he had teamed with Johnson Controls to market this commercial welfare replacement program to the state and local governments.
